• Review controls and procedures periodically
• Identify process improvements within Transfer Agency
• Monitor and assist with operational risk enhancement




• Manage oversight and KRI metrics for international funds
• Provide feedback and reports to senior management

Requirements:
• Five plus years managing a Transfer Agency team
• Strong knowledge of Transfer Agency systems, especially Paxus
• Up to date AML/KYC and FATCA knowledge
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
