As part of a team-oriented healthcare team, you will undertake independent nursing services, administer medical treatments, and facilitate resident care. This part-time position requires availability for evening shifts, ideally suited for those with expertise in gerontological nursing and a commitment to Actionmarguerite’s mission of service and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care for residents with complex health needs
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications
• Lead health care team coordination efforts
• Facilitate care planning and discharge processes
• Prioritize individual resident care effectively
Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Current CRNM registration and CPR certification
• Experience in gerontological nursing
• Ability to communicate in French and English
• Current Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks
