Cascadia Sales is a growing Independent Manufacturers Representative built on a foundation of integrity and transparency. We are seeking a skilled Full-Time Inside Sales Representative for our Maple Ridge office to support and grow our electrical and lighting lines.
In this role, you will proactively engage with our distributor partners to deliver exceptional service, handle product inquiries, and drive customer satisfaction for our manufacturing partners.

How You’ll Contribute
Deliver Exceptional Customer Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors, contractors, and end-users. Handle incoming/outgoing phone and email correspondence promptly, accurately sharing price quotations, availability, shipping, and tracking details.

Coordinate Orders & Logistics:
Manage purchase orders and align timelines and expectations across internal sales teams,



manufacturers, and distributor partners.

Provide Technical Guidance:
Utilize your knowledge of electrical and lighting products to answer inquiries, recommend product pairings, and assist with technical specs.

Build Robust Relationships
Maintain collaborative, long-term working relationships with key client accounts and partners.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or client support roles.

Strong familiarity with electrical, lighting, or related industrial supply sectors.

Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Proficiency with computer software and business applications (Email, Word, Excel, PDF tools, CRM platforms).

Dependable, organized, and self-motivated with a positive team attitude.
