At RSM, we're looking for an Audit Associate to bolster our audit team. Candidates should have a robust accounting background and a positive attitude toward client service. You'll develop skills in assessing risks, performing substantial tests, and drafting financial statements while upholding our values and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand clients' business and industry needs
• Assess client internal control structures and risks
• Perform substantive tests and internal control evaluations
• Draft financial statements according to prescribed formats
• Utilize RSM audit approaches and tools
Requirements:
• Minimum B.A / B.S. degree in Accounting
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client locations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and teamwork abilities
