QC Inspector Company Profile Client is a Prince George, B.C. based manufacturing company and recognized leading supplier of custom fabricated steel products and machined components serving the Oil and Gas, Mining, Pulp and Paper, Chemical and Energy sectors primarily in Western Canada.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our growing team.

Qualifications: Certification in a trade or equivalent work experience, such as welding or fabricating is preferred. 5 years of relevant experience in quality control and inspection. CWB Level 1 required (minimum).

Experience in steel fabrication and CWB/ASME welding setting.

Strong knowledge of plate fabrication and welding processes.

Ability to prepare, organize, and maintain inspection data, reports and systems.

Must have the ability to read and understand shop drawings Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), Bluebeam and network systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
