Recreation Facility (Arena) Operator (Casual)The City of Martensville has an immediate opening for up to two (2) Casual Recreation Facility Operators specifically dedicated to the Martensville Sports Centre Arena.GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for facility and ice maintenance relating to the Martensville Sports Centre Arena.HOURS OF WORK:In support of the full-time arena staff, hours of work will be variable primarily including Saturdays 6 am to 3 pm, Sundays 3 pm to 10 or 11 pm, and other times backfilling full-time staff absences due to vacation, sick time, etc.EDUCATION AND WAGES:Minimum education required: Grade 12 diploma or GEDWages: As per the CUPE LOCAL 2582 Collective Agreement: Regular Rate: $27.29 / hour ($25.85 Probationary Rate)Shift Differential $2.00 / hour for all hours worked Monday to Friday
