Job Title: Sr Developer - .NET Location: Ottawa, ON Work Model: Onsite Job Type: Full Time (FTE) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Sr Developer - .NET to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using modern .NET technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Angular 18+, NgRx, REST APIs, and SQL Server , with experience in application deployment, monitoring, testing, and Agile development.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using .NET technologies .

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs following industry best practices.

Build responsive and reusable UI components using Angular v18+ .

Implement state management using NgRx, Reducers, and Store .

Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET Web Forms/ASPX, MVC, and Web API .

Manage application hosting and deployment through IIS and self-hosted environments .

Work with SQL Server 2019 for database development and integration.

Develop and maintain reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) .

Implement automated testing and code coverage using NUnit and Jasmine .

Monitor application performance and health using Recent Relic and Datadog .





Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment .

Ensure code quality, security, performance, scalability, and adherence to development standards.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.

Provide technical guidance and contribute to solution and application design.

Required Skills Strong experience with .NET Framework and application development.

Hands-on expertise with ASP.NET Web Forms/ASPX, MVC, and Web API .

Strong Angular development experience, preferably Angular v18+ .

Experience with NgRx and state management concepts , including Reducers and Store.

Strong knowledge of REST API design and integration .

Experience with IIS and self-hosted application deployment .

Strong SQL Server 2019 experience.

Experience with SSRS .

Knowledge of automated testing using NUnit and Jasmine .

Experience with application monitoring tools such as Recent Relic and Datadog .

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively within an Agile team.
