We are seeking a dedicated Junior CMM/Operator-Programmer to support the QC Manager in ensuring product quality. This role requires a diploma in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, expertise in CMM programming, and at least two years of relevant experience. Strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of inspection tools are crucial for success in this hands-on position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform first off, in-process, and final inspections
• Operate CMM machines and edit CMM programs
• Prepare inspection reports and document findings
• Use inspection hand tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams
Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering
• CMM Software Programming Certificate
• 2+ years of quality inspection experience
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Proficiency in Excel and statistical methodologies
