Support INKAS® production as a proactive Purchasing Specialist. This role focuses on material procurement, supplier management, and ensuring timely deliveries essential for customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a Purchasing Specialist with at least two years of experience to enhance our manufacturing operations. You will monitor inventory levels and maintain supplier relationships while placing accurate purchase orders and negotiating terms. Your role is vital in ensuring timely production and delivery of premium armored vehicles by managing material requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock for production
• Place orders for low-stock items timely and accurately




• Issue and manage purchase orders in ERP systems
• Maintain procurement records with pricing and lead times
• Expedite orders and ensure commitments are fulfilled

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of purchasing experience
• ERP/MRP system experience (Dynamics GP preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Robust organizational and communication skills
