In this full-time, 12-month contract role, you will report to the Supervisor of Conference & Events. Your work will involve planning and executing youth and community programs, ensuring that safety and organization are prioritized. Additionally, you will assist with outreach to local schools to promote recruitment for prospective students, working alongside the Recruitment Team to create welcoming experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver youth programs including summer camps and after-school activities
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for smooth program execution




• Communicate with families and participants to ensure supportive environments
• Support recruitment-related community outreach efforts
• Promote equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in programming

Requirements:
• University degree required, Bachelor of Education preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in community and youth programs
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to inclusive practices and community engagement
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
