This temporary short-term role is integral to the Marketing & Communications team, focusing on outreach activities and public engagement. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with audiences. You will be involved in project planning, supporting the logistics of in office promotions, and analyzing the impact of your activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans and logistical coordination
• Promote brand activations to diverse audiences
• Set up and distribute promotional materials
• Analyze audience feedback through reports
• Maintain program records and archives
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Fluent in both French and English
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Willingness to travel within Northern Ontario
