As a CCH Outdoor School Counsellor, you will engage with campers in active play while fostering group development and learning. Responsibilities include risk management, supporting team efforts, and leading hiking trips while maintaining effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with staff and campers
• Lead day hikes and overnight trips
• Ensure risk management and safety of participants
• Plan and facilitate play-based outdoor activities
• Maintain a safe and clean setting
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Clear Police Information Check required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift program supplies and stand for extended periods
