Euna Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead onboarding for recent clients within our Professional Services Team. You will configure SaaS products, gather requirements, and manage the end-to-end onboarding and adoption process.
You'll collaborate with sales, product, customer success, and support to ensure seamless handoffs, drive customer satisfaction, and deliver business value through effective change management, data preparation in Excel, and ad hoc reporting.
