As a Coordinator, you will oversee the administration, planning, and budgeting of Health Information Management services. You are required to have a recognized HIM qualification and possess at least five years of recent experience, including three years in supervision. Your leadership will ensure adherence to regulatory standards while providing guidance to HIM personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer HIM services within your Health Services Delivery Area
• Advise on budgets and labor relations for HIM
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards




• Provide support in Records Management and Registration practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective service delivery

Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized HIM program
• Certified with the Canadian College of Health Information Management
• Five years of relevant experience, including three in supervision
• Current valid BC Driver’s License
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Lead HIM services and foster qualified growth at Northern Health in Prince George.
