Join IMP Aerospace & Defence as a Warehouse Coordinator, managing operations for Canada’s Cormorant Search and Rescue helicopters. This role requires expertise in material handling, warehouse operations, and effective communication.

Reporting to the Manager of CH149 Warehouse operations, you will oversee all IMP's duties related to the CSH Depot, ensuring smooth execution of contracted responsibilities under the CROSS contract. Collaborating closely with specialists and purchasers, your tasks will also include shipping, receiving, and warehousing parts for the fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and resolve day-to-day issues with contract execution
• Receive, inspect, and issue incoming components and supplies




• Conduct non-technical inspections and manage damaged goods
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Operate forklifts and maintain a secure work area

Requirements:
• Grade twelve diploma with 3 years' related experience
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and material control
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems
• Ability to operate material handling machinery
• Commitment to health and safety policies

Excel in material management while supporting Canada’s critical search and rescue operations.
