In this role, you will support the supervising physiotherapist with various treatment components for residents in long-term care. Your responsibilities will include performing gait training, balance exercises, and setting up equipment to foster a safe environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing treatment plans
• Conduct dynamic exercise classes for residents
• Maintain cleanliness of gym and treatment areas




• Record daily treatments in a web-based system
• Communicate regularly with physiotherapist about residents

Requirements:
• PTA/OTA diploma or Kinesiology degree
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check
• Proof of Tuberculin clearance
• Commitment to resident care and safety
