Advance healthcare at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde as a Pathway Improvement Manager. Lead project management in Neurosciences while ensuring effective service delivery and engagement.

This permanent, full time role is vital to the Neurosciences Medical Specialities Team at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. You will manage project activities, support complex program delivery, and collaborate with clinical teams to enhance service performance. Your financial acumen in budgeting and variance management will also be crucial in maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead performance reporting across Neurosciences Medical Specialities
• Coordinate projects and secure operational engagement




• Monitor budgets and financial planning activities
• Support access target achievement across services
• Manage safety and person-centered care delivery

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management experience with performance monitoring
• Knowledge of financial management processes
• Experience managing operational support teams
• Familiarity with UK GDPR and data protection laws

Drive improvement in Neurosciences and enhance patient care at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
