Lead the patrol team at Blue Mountain Resort, Ontario's largest mountain destination. This seasonal role requires strong skiing skills and first responder certification to ensure guest safety and enjoyment.

As a Team Leader Patroller, you’ll report to the Patrol Supervisor, overseeing on-hill coverage and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to. Your mentoring skills will guide the patrol team while maintaining efficient operations during all open hours. This role encompasses trail condition monitoring, incident investigations, and effective communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assess trail conditions during shifts
• Ensure equipment is operational and inventory is stocked
• Conduct thorough incident investigations with documentation




• Render first aid and assist guests in need
• Facilitate training sessions for patrollers

Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years old with a valid G license
• Current First Responder certification or equivalent
• Customer service experience with patrolling knowledge
• Robust skiing or snowboarding proficiency across all terrains
• Ability to perform in a physically demanding outdoor setting
