Key Responsibilities:
• Create a dynamic and inviting learning setting
• Work with the Lead Educator to set routines




• Observe and document children’s progress daily
• Communicate openly with families about children’s experiences
• Support social-emotional learning with responsive techniques

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Knowledge of child growth and development
• Experience with diverse cultural backgrounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current first aid certification
