Hours: 40 hours Sunday to Wednesday , 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 CAD (Depending on experience)
POSITION SUMMARY (Shift Schedule: Sunday to Wednesdays - 8 am to 6 pm):

As an Inventory & Logistics Technician, you will ensure full traceability, adherence to strict regulatory standards, and seamless flow of materials across our grow, post-production, and distribution processes.

What You'll Do You will own accurate inventory management, receiving, and logistics activities, working closely with Operations and Quality teams to meet regulatory and operational targets.
Your core responsibilities include:
Compliance & Standards Strictly follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring full alignment with Health Canada, GACP, GMP, and internal Quality Assurance requirements
Escalate any deviations, process gaps, or risks immediately to your supervisor to maintain audit readiness and full traceability
Inventory & Record Keeping Maintain precise, real-time inventory logs, stock movements, and packaging records across Excel, Ample, and other approved systems
Complete all incoming and outgoing documentation for both cannabis and non-cannabis materials
Manage scheduling and records for GACP/GMP compliance activities
Support cycle counts, reconciliations, and investigation of any stock variances
Operations & Facilities Assist with sanitization, organisation, and upkeep of inventory vaults, receiving areas, and post-production spaces
Operate, calibrate, clean, and maintain all assigned equipment; support packaging workflows as required
Follow all health and safety protocols, use required PPE, and help identify opportunities to improve process efficiency or safety
Flexible Support Cover inventory and logistics duties during team absences
Work additional weekends or evenings as operational needs require
Adapt to changing priorities while keeping accuracy and compliance at the forefront
What You'll Bring Essential Qualifications Completed OSSGD or equivalent secondary education
1-2+ years' experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics within a regulated manufacturing or distribution environment
Working knowledge of inventory management principles: stock movement, reconciliation, cycle counting, and variance investigation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience using inventory management systems, ERP platforms (WMS, Budflow, or GMP-compliant tools) and Ample is highly desirable
Proven ability to follow controlled SOPs and maintain records to Health Canada, EU GMP, and data integrity standards
Strong attention to detail, with consistent accuracy under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable collaborating across teams
Commitment to workplace health and safety, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/evenings as needed
Preferred Qualifications Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
Direct experience in cannabis, pharmaceutical, food, or other strictly regulated sectors
Physical Requirements & Work Environment You will work across temperature-controlled environments (warm and cold zones)
Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40lbs regularly
Exposure to dust, noise, or strong scents may occur; full PPE (safety glasses, protective clothing, respirators etc.) will be provided and must be worn
This role is fast-paced and hands-on, with a focus on consistent, safe work
