Adecco is currently hiring a Vendor Management Specialist for a full-time opportunity with a leading automotive organization.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in vendor management, supply chain, procurement, inventory management, supplier relations, and purchasing.

Responsibilities: Manage supplier and dealer communications.

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Lead supplier performance reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Support supplier contracts, sourcing strategies, and vendor management programs.

Monitor inventory, purchasing, pricing, and market trends.

Develop reports and recommendations to improve supply chain performance.

Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, dealers, and global partners.

Provide guidance and support to a direct report.

Qualifications and Skills: Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Procurement,



Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, vendor management, or supplier relations.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and supply chain operations.

Experience with supplier relationship management, sourcing, or project management is considered an asset.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset.

Solid analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are considered an asset.
