Your new role Input and maintain lease and accounting information for new leases, renewals, amendments, and tenant changes.

Prepare lease abstracts and ensure all tenant and property records are accurately maintained.

Review and distribute monthly and quarterly property reports, including rent rolls, accounts receivable reports, and financial reporting packages.

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant billing, collection, and account inquiries.

Monitor tenant insurance requirements and ensure certificates remain current.

Process tenant allowances, leasemissions, chargebacks, and cheque requisitions.

Maintain project cost logs and support the Property Manager with expense tracking and approvals.

Respond to tenant inquiries and assist with day-to-day property administration functions.

Organize and maintain tenant files, contracts, insurance documentation, and property records.

Assist with obtaining vendor and contractor quotations and support contract administration activities.

Process accounts payable invoices accurately and on a timely basis.

Review invoice coding and ensure expenses are allocated correctly.

Manage receivables, process bank deposits, reconcile accounts, and support collection activities.

Administer tenant chargebacks, adjustments, and other accounting-related transactions.





Prepare monthly accounts receivable reporting and assist with internal and external reporting requirements.

Support annual operating budget preparation and monthly and quarterly reporting processes.

Assist with operating cost pre-bill calculations, year-end reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.

Provide general office and administrative support as required.

What you''ll need to succeed 3-5 years of property administration, lease administration, or office administration experience, preferably withinmercial real estate.

Experience setting up leases, tenant charges, cash applications, and billing information.

Strong understanding of lease documentation, tenant account management, and accounts receivable/payable processes.

Experience working with property management software, ideally Yardi Voyager.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and Power

Point.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and responsibilities.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbalmunication skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Professional, positive, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.

Experience with digital and paper filing systems and document management.
