We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a team in Ontario on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent role.

In this role, you will turn complex data into meaningful insights that help guide operational and strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will work closely with business partners to create reporting solutions, improve data accuracy, and present findings in a transparent and practical way.

Responsibilities: Examine high-volume datasets to uncover patterns, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Produce scheduled and on-demand reports that support leadership teams and day-to-day business operations.

Build dashboards, summary materials, and presentation-ready reporting packages for stakeholders.





Use advanced Excel capabilities such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas to analyze and organize information effectively.

Partner with internal teams to gather reporting needs and align analysis with business goals.

Convert analytical findings into concise recommendations that support informed decision-making.

Monitor variances and key performance indicators to highlight notable business changes.

Strengthen reporting methods and support ongoing improvements in data integrity and process efficiency.
