As a Health Care Attendant at Verve Senior Living, you will assist older adults in leading independent lives. Under the direction of the Health & Wellness Manager, you’ll implement and tailor care plans focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs. Your role is vital in ensuring that each resident enjoys comfort and safety daily.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide cognitive and emotional support per care plans
• Collaborate with care team for tailored resident feedback
• Monitor and document changes in residents’ conditions




• Serve meals and assist with daily living activities
• Maintain residents’ personal space cleanliness and organization

Requirements:
• Completed Health Care Aide program with registration
• Certificate in Emergency First Aid and CPR
• Strong communication skills in English
• Previous experience working with seniors is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team
