Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with personal care and daily living activities
• Support patient mobility and use related equipment
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately




• Observe and report patient changes and conditions
• Engage patients in activation and socialization activities

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Care Aide or similar role
• Knowledge of patient care and mobility assistance
• Ability to perform clerical and housekeeping duties
• Strong observational and reporting skills
• Flexibility to work on a casual basis as needed
