As a Machine Operator at FET, you will report to the Director of Operations while collaborating closely with your Team Leader for daily guidance. Your role involves operating manufacturing equipment, thorough documentation, reporting non-conformances, and maintaining high safety standards. Candidates should be willing to cross-train and contribute to improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate wireline cable manufacturing equipment effectively
• Perform quality inspections and complete set-up checklists




• Document all processes thoroughly and immediately report issues
• Identify and escalate equipment malfunctions to prevent failures
• Participate in safety and efficiency improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles preferred
• Ability to lift 45 lbs unassisted
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
