The Core Responsibilities of the Job Strategic Initiatives & Decision Making Assist in the discovery and planning for a range of strategic and tactical business topics (e.g. customer retention, portfolio growth, pricing, operational efficiency, regulatory, etc.) Support the development of business cases for new opportunities including qualitative fact finding and quantitative modeling for new initiatives Develop familiarity with internal systems and gather relevant data from various internal sources Support execution of product improvements or initiatives Portfolio Reporting & Insights Ideate, design, build, and manage dashboards (PowerBI and Excel) that consolidate portfolio metrics for operational and strategic decision making Develop and communicate presentation materials with key data and portfolio insights Support the refinement of processes that enable quicker turnaround on analysis Support quantitative methods (e.g.
