Job Summary As a Personal Support Worker/Caregiver , youll play a key role in improving the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support.

Reporting to the Care Coordinator, youll deliver services that meet each clients unique needs in a safe and caring environment.

We are looking to add a psw to our team who can take on a client for saturdays 12pm-5pm.

Female client, lives in retirement home, autistic, needs someone to help organize room once a week and to assist with socialization.

You will also have the ability to pick up other clients on other days.

Client location: Bathurst & Clark Avenue.





Responsibilities Assist with morning and evening care routines .

Meal preparation and light housekeeping to ensure a comfortable home environment.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Assist clients with ambulation, outings, and errands .

Support with medication reminders and basic health tasks.

Follow and update care plans as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation and charting .

Help clients manage daily activities with care and dignity.

Qualifications Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (e.g., foreign-trained nurse, nursing student with at least one year of training).

Current CPR/First Aid Certification .

Explicit Police Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Screening) or willingness to obtain one.

Covid vaccination 2 doses Negative TB test or chest X-ray.

Reliable internet access and a mobile phone.
