Administer safe, independent anesthesia care across multiple service lines, including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, Urology, ENT, and Obstetrics (no heads or hearts).
Manage patient care across main operating rooms, specialized GI suites, and obstetrical suites.
Manage a steady, manageable case volume within an inpatient hospital setting.
Participate in optional on-call coverage once fully oriented to the facility.
What you must have: Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA).
Active Iowa state CRNA license or active compact state license.
Experienced clinicians preferred; qualified new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds will be considered.
Clean background and malpractice history.
Local or regional candidates within driving distance preferred.
Other Information: Schedule & Setting Schedule: PRN / As Needed; Monday through Friday coverage.
Shift Structure:
Standard 8-hour day shifts supporting surgical and procedural suites.
Practice Setting: Inpatient community hospital located in Eastern Iowa.
Call: Optional on-call opportunities available after initial orientation.
Travel & Accommodations Local travel support provided, including lodging allowances, rental car coverage, or IRS standard mileage reimbursement for driving candidates.
