They are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Project Coordinator to support construction projects from planning through completion.

The successful candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time on active construction sites, working closely with Project Managers, Site Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You''ll Do Coordinate day-to-day project activities on commercial, industrial, water,



and wastewater treatment construction projects Act as a liaison between Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients Attend site meetings and provide project updates Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and key deliverables Assist with procurement, purchase orders, and material deliveries Coordinate subcontractor schedules and site activities Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and project documentation Maintain accurate project records, reports, and correspondence Monitor site progress including progress photos and report to Superintendent Support health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with site requirements Assist with change orders, contract administration, and project closeout documentation Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively
