Become a key player in the aerospace sector as a Heat Treatment Operator. Engage in crucial thermal processing to maintain the highest quality standards for metal parts.In this role reporting to the Production Manager, you will conduct heat treatment operations, ensuring strict adherence to technical requirements and quality protocols. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with an assistant to maintain protected handling and processing of materials. Effective interpretation of technical documents and execution of established procedures will be essential to streamline production workflows.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage salt baths for treatment
Implement heating, quenching, and tempering processes




Check processing parameters against specifications
Read technical drawings and work orders
Ensure safety in handling metal componentsRequirements:
Completion of High School education required
A DEP in a related field is beneficial
Experience in heat treatment or manufacturing is preferred
Bilingual in French, with English skills as an advantage
