Title: Account Maintenance Analyst Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Duration: Months Daily Responsibilities: Processing of daily task incoming cheques, incoming and outgoing wire using systems such as Service

Link, Client Source, Express wire and BTS.

Assist where required to help maintain balance in work volumes and must be able to meet SLAs, be prepared to put in some overtime when required as volumes fluctuate throughout the months and during RRSP season.

Must have skills: Strong knowledge of wire payments Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Being able to manage confidential information Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information Ability to enter data keystrokes per hour Nice to have skills: Knowledge of Client source, express and Broadridge platforms Mindlance is an equal opportunity employer.
