We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our agile emergency team. In this role, you will engage in critical thinking and problem-solving while providing safe, high-quality care. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and plan patient care utilizing nursing processes
• Collaborate with the health care team for patient management
• Implement and evaluate care for emergency patients




• Communicate clinical findings clearly with the team
• Support patient transport, positioning, and lifting

Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• Active registration or eligibility with CLHA
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• Medication Administration certification via Central Line
• Minimum one year LPN experience in Emergency preferred
