As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will collaborate with a dedicated, interdisciplinary team, helping to deliver quality care and programs. Your role includes providing essential nursing care, following care plans, and engaging in patient assessments. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care across Homewood Specialized Services
• Contribute to patient care needs per CNO standards
• Administer psychiatric and non-psychiatric medications




• Conduct necessary clinical assessments upon admission
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care

Requirements:
• RPN registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Up to 6 months of general nursing experience preferred
• Current CPR certification and knowledge of the Mental Health Act
• Knowledge of CBT/DBT and experience in group facilitation
• Ability to manage crisis situations with acutely ill patients
