Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for both the Huntsville and Bracebridge sites. This role requires a commitment to supportive care in acute medical/surgical nursing with an emphasis on labor, delivery, and postpartum experience. You will work shifts that include days, evenings, nights, and weekends, contributing to exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care in obstetrics and postpartum
• Conduct assessments and assist in labor and delivery
• Administer IV therapies as needed
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 2 years of acute medical/surgical nursing experience
• 1-2 years of relevant labor and delivery experience preferred
• Certification in BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation Program
• Willingness to relocate within 125km of the hospital campuses
