Join Wesbell as a Telecom Installer in Calgary, Alberta, where you will be instrumental in the installation and testing of telecom and IT equipment. This full time position seeks candidates skilled in copper and fiber cable installation as well as technology equipment setup.

Wesbell is looking for Telecom Installers at all levels to help install various systems in the telecom and enterprise networks. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in the installation of AUX racking and technology equipment, complemented by a strong understanding of DC power and fiber testing. Weekend and night shifts may be required based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install AUX racking and telecom equipment
• Connectorize copper and fiber cables accurately




• De-install equipment and manage cable mining
• Set up power-related equipment and various battery types
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain work areas

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year to 5 years relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• First Aid and safety training preferred
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
