Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary onsite contact between associates and leadership

• Maintain HR compliance, documentation, and reports
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in HR coordination or workforce management
• Robust understanding of HR compliance and best practices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
• Valid driver's license for local site travel
