In this position, you will report to the Operations Manager while overseeing equipment maintenance, inventory tracking, and job site deliveries. Your leadership will also extend to crew scheduling and emergency response logistics, ensuring compliance with all BELFOR standards and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair warehouse equipment, coordinating third-party repairs
• Organize and track inventory using approved software
• Assist in crew scheduling and vehicle assignments
• Enforce safety policies and conduct safety inspections
• Respond promptly to emergency situations within 30 minutes

Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED required
• 3+ years in construction or related industry
• 1+ years in a leadership role
• Solid organizational skills in fast-paced settings
• Valid driver’s license according to BELFOR's Auto Policy
