Our team of technicians needs another member to compliment the delivery of our products and services. This is due in part to our constantly increasing client base and our superior level of customer service delivered by all our technicians.
At present, we have one opening in our fire extinguisher department for the right individual. We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual to be trained on the rehcrage, hydrostatic testing and repairs of all low pressure type fire extinguishers.
Complete code and practical training will be provided at our expense.
Responsibilities Inspect fire extinguishers in the shop and confirm what service and repairs are required.
Complete hydrostatic testin, recharge and repairs to low pressure fire extinguishers, dry chemical, wet chemical, pressurized water.
Maintain and clean our recharge room
Maintain and monitor parts levels to reorder as required.
Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
A technical or mechanical background.
Ability to lift equipment and tools up to 50lbs and climb ladders and scaffolding.
Possess a valid motor vehicle license (Class G) with a clean drivers abstract.
