The Manager of Grant Programs will oversee the delivery of active grant initiatives for the Canadian Red Cross, focusing on alignment with established granting practices. This temporary full time role requires collaboration with the Senior Manager and a team of Grant Officers to ensure positive experiences for grantee organizations while monitoring program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the implementation of grant programs effectively
• Oversee and develop the Grant Officers’ work and career plans
• Build relationships across recovery services and various service lines
• Monitor programs via feedback,



field visits, and record reviews
• Contribute to internal and external reporting on grant achievements

Requirements:
• 4-7 years of experience in Indigenous grantmaking
• 3-year diploma or degree in relevant fields
• Experience with First Nations, Inuit, or Métis communities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and some database platforms
• Strong written and oral communication skills
