Key Responsibilities:
• Act as senior escalation point for complex EUC issues
• Engineer and enhance Windows 11 and macOS endpoint builds
• Support VIPs with professional remote and onsite assistance
• Manage requests through Jira Service Management
• Lead the development of consistent EUC support standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in End User Computing
• Strong skills in Windows 11 and macOS support
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
• Familiarity with Jamf Pro and ManageEngine Endpoint Central
• Proven ability to lead complex technical escalations
