Mons Royale is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Retail Store Supervisor to support operations at our Whistler Flagship Store. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a love for the outdoors and exceptional communication skills. You'll provide support to the Store Manager and develop team members for success while ensuring top-notch service and store standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support coaching and development of the retail team
• Lead by example on the sales floor daily
• Assist in store operations including merchandising and inventory




• Guide staff on customer service excellence
• Maintain a vibrant and inviting store workplace

Requirements:
• Previous retail or leadership experience preferred
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and proactive in service
• Knowledge of Merino wool or Mons products is a plus
• Ability to assist Store Manager in daily operations
• Weekend and holiday availability required
