Become a pivotal part of the Law Society of BC as a full-time Paralegal in Vancouver. Support the Intake & Early Resolution department and manage the complaints review process effectively.

The Law Society of BC is looking for an experienced Paralegal for a nine-month term. This role requires a paralegal degree and at least five years of relevant experience in a legal setting. Responsibilities include managing complaint reviews, liaising with the Complainants’ Review Committee, and ensuring proper documentation. Candidates should possess exceptional interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and schedule incoming complaint review requests
• Attend and record minutes for CRC meetings




• Liaise with CRC members and prepare training materials
• Input and maintain CRC data in record management systems
• Prepare referral opinions for relevant committees

Requirements:
• Paralegal degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of administrative law principles is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and sound judgment
