We are looking for an experienced 3rd year-Journeyman HVAC Installer, of upstanding character, to lead a residential install HVAC team! As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for facilitating the growth of residential HVAC installations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, supported by a team of skilled plumbing/gasfitting professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Install high-efficiency residential furnace, air conditioning, heat pump, and water heating equipment;
Provide high-quality customer service by communicating effectively with clients, offering solutions and ensuring a smooth installation experience
Complete work orders, job details and required documentation using a company-provided iPad;
Adhere to safety protocols and company standards for quality and service excellence;
Engage in technical sales opportunities;




Work with an apprentice to facilitate his training and development on HVAC installations;
Qualifications:
Upstanding character
Journeyman plumbing/gasfitting, sheet metal, refrigeration and/or HVAC technician.
Ability to be coachable and work well in a team
Commitment to the team
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
