Job Summary
The Landscaping & Snow Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, coordination, and performance of field crews during both the summer landscape maintenance season and winter snow operations. This position could be for our day operation or nights.
This position is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring crews are properly staffed, equipped, scheduled, and productive while maintaining Clintar's standards for quality, safety, customer service, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and practical experience operating and supervising landscaping and snow-removal equipment.
Responsibilities
Supervise crew leaders and members, managing hiring, training, and daily operations
Assign equipment, conduct training in horticulture, customer relations, and safety
Maintain facility organization, set work procedures, and ensure efficient workflow
Oversee vehicle maintenance, complete minor repairs when needed, and manage timesheets
Plan and conduct ongoing crew training
Prioritize customer satisfaction
Promote teamwork and evaluate staff performance
Occasionally contributes hands-on during tight deadlines
Coordinate with the Operations Manager
Qualifications
4+ years in commercial landscape/snow required
Clean and valid driver’s license
Expertise in heavy equipment operation
University/college degree preferred
Horticulture, Landscape, snow experience
Proficient in writing reports, proposals, and business correspondence
Capable of solving customer service challenges, interpreting various instructions, and performing calculations related to areas, percentages, and volumes
Good customer service skills are essential to handle inquiries and requests professionally.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliability and the ability to respond to emergencies or work during irregular hours, such as nights and weekends, may be required.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
