Hines in Toronto is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to support the property management team, uphold tenant relations, and drive proactive service delivery across the building.
You will coordinate move-ins/outs, maintain tenant communications, manage databases and vendor files, and assist with reporting and events. This is an in office role requiring strong customer service and organization.
