The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to assist employees and leaders, ensuring smooth program execution. You'll gain broad exposure across Human Resources, learning, and employee experience within a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate employee engagement and onboarding initiatives
• Support learning management and leadership development programs
• Produce reports and dashboards with talent data




• Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
• Assist with stakeholder communications and program administration

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• 1-3 years of HR or project coordination experience
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday
