This role is designed for an experienced Occupational Therapist skilled in assessments and interventions across physical, cognitive, and psychosocial domains. You will support a diverse client population, conducting assessments and implementing intervention plans while working within an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough, client-centred assessments
• Create and execute individualized intervention strategies
• Assess home safety and fall risks for clients




• Provide health promotion and disease prevention strategies
• Support accessibility to disability perks for clients
Requirements:
• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Solid skills in clinical documentation and care planning
• Experience with culturally diverse communities
