Support Research Managers and Intermediate Researchers in client engagements
Provide technical skills in research, strategy, and evaluation
Support discussions with clients to define requirements and priorities
Support the application of best practices in environmental assessment research
Develop research materials and reports for clients and external stakeholders
Contribute to proposal development, including project scope, methodology, and cost estimates
Contribute to client engagements within contractual terms and deliver accurate work on budget and within scope
Manage information, data, and documents according to established procedures
Coordinate community partners, Firelight team members, and external consultants to develop, design, and implement projects
Cultivate partner and client relationships through service excellence, knowledge transfer, and skills development
Requirements
3–5 years of experience conducting Indigenous-led Impact Assessments within First Nations communities and organizations (required)
Post-secondary diploma or enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or equivalent in environmental research (required)
Fluency in spoken and written English and French (required)
