The Restaurant

Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the hotel restaurant, with a focus on exceptional customer service and efficient management of the team. What You'll Be Doing - Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and smooth service - Recruit, lead, train, mentor and supervise front of house staff - Prepare staff rosters and manage labor costs to maximise operational efficiency - Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally resolve customer feedback and complaints - Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards, Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), liquor licensing requirements and company policies.

- Monitor stock levels, order supplies and maintain strong supplier relationships - Manage budgets, control food and beverage costs and improve profitability - Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to increase revenue and customer satisfaction - Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain exceptional food quality, presentation and service standards - Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management - Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions and community engagement activities - Foster a positive workplace culture built on teamwork,
